Healing Minds in Our Community

Welcome to our therapy practice, dedicated to supporting the vibrant and diverse community of women living in Brooklyn. In the hustle and bustle of city life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or lost. That's why we're here! To offer a safe space where you can explore your feelings, navigate life's challenges, and discover your inner strength.

Our Approach

We offer a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to meet your individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), and more.

At KQH, we understand the unique experiences and pressures that women face in today's world. Whether you're juggling career ambitions, navigating relationships, or dealing with societal expectations, our therapists are here to support you every step of the way.

Our approach is collaborative and client-centered. We believe that you are the expert of your own life, and our role is to provide guidance, empathy, and practical tools to help you achieve your goals.  The therapeutic environment is welcoming and affirming where every woman feels seen, heard, and valued.

We are committed to social justice and cultural humility. We understand the impact of systemic oppression and strive to address issues of power, privilege, and inequality in our therapeutic work. We actively seek to dismantle barriers to access and advocate for the well-being of all women in our community.

In addition to individual therapy, we offer courses and personalized coaching designed to foster connection, growth, and healing. From online support groups to self-love events, we provide opportunities for women to come together, share their stories, and support one another on their journeys toward healing and self-discovery.
